CHECKLIST.
Work through every item before, during, and after your rental. Every box matters. If you're unsure about anything call us at (323) 454 3531 before the day.

Before We Arrive
Complete all of these before your delivery window. Our driver cannot wait on the day.
Setup area is fully cleared — lawn mowed, vehicles moved, furniture and obstacles removed. Grass should be dry and recently mowed for best anchoring.
All animal waste has been removed from the setup area. Seriously. All of it.A $50 cleaning fee applies if not.
You know where all underground utilities are (sprinklers, gas lines, electrical, septic) and can direct our driver before anchoring.Call Dig Alert at 811 or visit direct.digalert.org before we arrive.
Any steps or stairs at the setup location have been disclosed to us. Maximum 10 steps permitted.Not disclosed in advance = possible cancellation fee.
The person who signed the rental agreement is present and ready to receive delivery. No substitute signatory.
Power access confirmed: dedicated 110V / 15A outlet within reach of the setup area.Park events without power: a 4,000W generator minimum is required.
Park permit has been emailed to inflateriot@gmail.com (park events only). No permit on file = no setup.Allow 3–4 days for insurance processing.

At Delivery
Stay present. Our crew will run through setup with you.
I have inspected the equipment on arrival and noted any pre-existing marks or issues.
I have been shown how the inflatable is secured and anchored.
I have been shown how to turn the blower on and off. The blower must remain running at all times during use.
I have been briefed on the wind policy: caution at 13–18 mph, stop use at 19+ mph, deflate immediately.If wind picks up: remove all participants and deflate. Do not wait.
Setup surface and location confirmed suitable. I have directed the driver where to anchor.
Equipment must be available for pickup by 8:00 PM.Not available by 8PM = $75 overnight fee applies automatically.

During the Rental
A responsible adult must be present and supervising at all times. No exceptions.
A responsible adult (18+) is supervising the inflatable at all times. Not occasionally. At all times.
All participants have read and understood the posted safety rules before use.
Equipment weight limit is not exceeded at any time.
No shoes, glasses, jewelry, or sharp objects on or near the inflatable.
No food, drink, or gum on or near the inflatable.Dirty return = $50 cleaning fee.
No face paints, silly string, party poppers, or streamers near the inflatable.These cause permanent damage that cannot be repaired.
No flips, somersaults, wrestling, or rough play.
No pets on or near the inflatable.
Only children of similar size and age group using the unit at the same time.
Bounce house: maximum 4 jumpers at a time. Obstacle course: one racer per lane.
Nobody is bouncing on or using the front safety step.
If the blower stops: evacuate calmly, check fuses and tubes, restart after 1–2 minutes.Call us immediately if it doesn't restart: (323) 454 3531

Overnight Add-On
Only applies if you have booked an overnight extension. Skip if not applicable.
Overnight extension confirmed with Inflate Riot at time of booking.
The blower has been unplugged and stored in a secure indoor location overnight.
The inflatable is deflated and left flat for the overnight period.
I understand the $75 overnight fee applies and I am fully responsible for the equipment until pickup.

Before Pickup
Have everything ready before our crew arrives for collection.
Equipment is accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed time.
The inflatable and surrounding area is clear of debris, toys, and personal items.
If dry-only equipment was used wet or in a muddy area: contact us before pickup.Cleaning fee up to $75.
If any damage occurred: contact Inflate Riot within 5 days of the event.Failure to report within 5 days releases Inflate Riot from liability for that damage.
The person who signed the agreement is available to hand over equipment to our driver.
Sign Off
By signing below I confirm I have read and completed this checklist, understand all rental conditions, and accept full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
