Standard rentals are built around your event day. Here's the full picture.
Up to 8 hours of use for bounce houses, water slides, combos, obstacles courses, tents, tables, chairs, and concessions. The clock starts when setup is complete - not when we arrive.
We deliver between 8am and your schedule delivery time on your rental agreement. We'll give you a heads-up when we're on our way so you're not just sitting there waiting.
We come back to collect after your end time - typically within 3 hours, depending on our route that day. Equipment must be accessible and ready for pickup. We handle all teardown.
For park events, we coordinate delivery around your on-site arrival so equipment is never left unattended. A park delivery service fee applies. See the full breakdown below.
Need an attendant on-site? Request one aat the time of booking. Attendant are available at $20 per hour and help supervise, manage participants, and keep things running smoothly.
Need it longer? Add extra hours at 10% of the base rate per hour. Overnight add-on is a flat $75. Coming back for a second day? You get 50% off the standard rate. All extensions are subject to availability - overnight and second-day add-ons are only available if the equipment isn't already booked for the following day. Check with us at booking to confirm.

Equipment left overnight requires the blower to be unplugged and stored in a secure location. Client is responsible for the equipment until we collect it the next day. Overnight and second-day extensions are subject to availability - only available if the equipment is not already booked for the following day. Confirm at the time of booking. See Terms & Conditions for full overnight policy.
Returned dirty? $50 cleaning fee. Dry inflatable returned wet or muddy inside? Up to $100.Waterslide submerged in pool water (chlorine or saltwater)? $100 cleaning/damage fee. Damage waivers do not cover improper use.
Equipment must be available for pickup by 8:00 PM
on your rental end date. If pickup cannot happen by 8 PM for any reason, a $75 overnight fee applies automatically and equipment will be collected the following day.
Use caution at 13-18 mph (Moderate Winds). Do not operate at 19+ mph (Fresh winds). If winds reach Fresh-Strong or higher during operation, remove all participants immediately and deflate by turning off the blower. Weather cancellations before the are covered by a rain check - full credit toward a future booking, no refunds.
Park rentals are absolutely doable - they just come with a few extra steps. Follow these and your park day will be just as smooth as a backyard setup.
You must be present at the park at least 1-2 hours before our scheduled delivery time. Equipment is never left unattended - someone needs to be there to receive it.
Many parks require a permit to set up inflatables. That's your job to sort before you book with us. Email your permit to inflateriot@gmail.com before your event date - no permit on file, no setup.
City parks require additional insurance documentation listing the city as an additional insured. We handle the paperwork - but we need 3-4 days to process it. Don't leave it till the last minute.
Unless the park provides a dedicated 15 AMP circuit, you'll need a minimum 4,000 watt generator. Contact us before your event to confirm how many you need.
Water inflatables require a dedicated water supply - something most parks don't provide. For water slides and combos, a backyard setup is your best bet.
A park delivery service fee applies to all park events to cover the additional coordination, insurance processing, and on-site logistics required. Contact us at the time of booking. For the exact fee based on your park and setup requirements.
You're responsible for identifying any underground utilities (sprinklers, gas, electric) before we anchor. We strongly recommend calling Dig Alert at 811 or checkdirect.digalert.org before your event.
Whether park or backyard - the setup area must be ready when we arrive.Clear the area, mow the lawn, remove obstacles and animal waste. If the site isn't ready a delivery fee may apply and we may need reschedule.

We're based in Pomona, Los Angeles County, California and serve residential and park events within a 25-mile radius of our location. That covers a big chunk of the greater LA area - including backyards, parks, schools, and venues across the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.
